Phoenix has found himself in a shelter in Puerto Rico, still waiting for his chance at a better life, but just like his name, he’s ready to rise into something new. At Caribbean Paws, we’re doing everything we can to give him that fresh start and help him become part of a loving family. Like so many deserving dogs in PR, Phoenix’s best shot at finding a home is by flying to the mainland. Phoenix is a 1-year-old fluffy 15–20 lb neutered male who is up to date on vaccines and ready to take that next step. He’s curious, smart, and full of fun-loving energy. He enjoys playing in the yard, gets along well with other dogs, and would love a family to call his own.
