Carlota may only weigh 20 pounds, but her heart is huge. This petite 1–2‑year‑old mama dog came all the way from Puerto Rico after bravely raising her puppies, and now it’s finally her turn to be loved and cared for.  She is spayed and current on vaccines and prevention.
